Vegan Curry Night

After a packed house for our last dinner event, we figured we would keep the goodness going!

This time Nehemiah and Matiga will collaborate on a combination of Indian, Indonesian and Tanzanian-inspired cuisine--all made from scratch.


1) Chapati flatbread and gluten-sensitive naan

2) Sweet potato, tempeh and spinach red curry

3) Wild-harvested Ojibwe Rice from Honor the Earth (an indigenous organization devoted to environmental and economic justice)

4) Coconut milk-cooked beans

5) Sauces: tomato-date chutney, mango-cashew cream, and green chutney

6) Dessert TBD!

we'll have water and ice. bring your own favorite drinks if you like!
the espresso, kombucha, juice, and tea bar will be stocked and open for sale.

$40 total ($5 extra for gluten-sensitive version)
